This page explains how prices, checkout charges, payment authorization, and approved refunds are handled by H & R Goods.
Currency
Product prices and order totals are shown and charged in United States dollars unless checkout states otherwise. A financial institution may apply its own exchange rate or foreign-transaction fee when an account uses another currency.
Available payment methods
The payment methods available for an order are displayed securely during Shopify checkout. Availability may vary by device, location, order value, and payment-provider eligibility.
Authorization and order acceptance
Submitting an order authorizes the selected payment method for the total shown at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not guarantee acceptance, inventory, or shipment. An order may be reviewed for payment, address, inventory, or fraud concerns before fulfillment.
Taxes, shipping, and discounts
Review the complete checkout total, including any shipping, taxes, and discounts, before placing an order. Enter discount codes before submitting the order; retroactive application is not guaranteed.
Pending or duplicate-looking charges
A declined or interrupted checkout may leave a temporary authorization. The financial institution controls when an authorization is released. If two completed charges appear for the same order, contact us with the order number and screenshots that conceal complete payment-card or bank-account details.
Payment security
Checkout and payment processing are provided through Shopify and the payment methods offered there. Do not send complete card numbers, security codes, online-banking passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials by email or through the contact form.
Refunds
An approved refund is submitted to the original payment method. The payment provider or financial institution controls when the funds appear in the account. See the Refund & Replacement Policy.
