Include the product title or link and the detail you want confirmed. Product pages list the available specifications and included components, but we are happy to help when something is unclear.
Order help
Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a clear description of the request. Do not include complete payment-card or banking details.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items
Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery. Keep the item and packaging. If photos or video are needed, email the attachments to rajanbaral1227@gmail.com because the contact form does not accept files. Show the product, the issue, the outer packaging, and the shipping label.
Do not mail an item back unless we provide written authorization and return instructions.
